I bought this for my 10 year old son, who has multiple disabilities. He loves knock-knock jokes, and we were running out of them! He will play this non-stop, and even try to tell us some of them later! He just started "getting" abstract ideas like humor, so this encourages more of that type of developement. I'm always looking for toys that are appropriate for him and this one fits the bill.
